Onboarding flow

My focus was identifying key customer pain points and enhancing our onboarding experiences.

Increased onboarding completion by 10%.
Increased premium membership sign ups from 14% to over 50%.
Streamlined onboarding for all products.

Redesign

Helping level up our brand and products to cater to more sophisticated investors.

Led the company through 2 significant redesigns.
I was Lead and PM for the implementation of foundational design system elements.
Established a token framework to support multiple products and themes.

Liquid DS

Promoted to Design system manager after adocating for 6 months.

Led the creation of Liquid, our design system.
Increased our teams efficiency by 30%.
Gained CEO alignment on Liquid as a priority initiative.
